Your document access group determines which documents you can view, in addition to all non-restricted documents. You are a member of all groups that appear. If you are a member of only one or no groups, the group selection box doesn't appear on your search screen. Highlight the group you want from the available list, using the scroll bar if necessary. The groups are listed alphabetically. The document type pick list automatically rebuilds itself based on the group you chose.
You can only select one group at a time. A default may be automatically highlighted for you. If you do not want this group, simply pick another entry in the list. If you don't see the group you want, contact your manager.
Note—Some customer
implementations do not use the group selection box at all, depending on
their access needs, in which case you will not see the group list.
